Average delivery time
5 to 7 working days.

Possible delays
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by 2 to 3 extra days due to stock shortages.

Lost packages
If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Free shipping with Track & Trace via Australia Post.


Tracking Your Order

  • Your Track & Trace code is included in your order confirmation email.

  • Tracking activates once the parcel is scanned by the courier. Temporary delays or errors can appear in the courier system while your package is still in transit.


Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return items within 30 days of receipt in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Email info@maisonwren.one before returning to register your request.

  • All returns must include a Track & Trace code. The sender is responsible for the shipment.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your return in good condition.

  • For customer-choice returns such as wrong size or change of mind, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.


Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Contact info@maisonwren.com with your order number and photo or video evidence.

  • Once verified, we will send a free replacement. You do not need to return the damaged item.


Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to fast processing.


Important

  • Refused deliveries and uncollected packages are not eligible for refunds.
